Students from two American universities will spend their summer break in Bali to enrich their studies with firsthand experience of the island’s culture, environment and traditions.
The Bali Institute for Global Renewal organized the visit of 17 students from the Dominican University of California in San Rafael, California; and 20 students from the University of San Diego, also in California.
Founder and chairman of the institute’s board, Marcia Jaffe, told Bali Daily that the program had been designed to immerse the students in the life and culture of Bali, relative to the subjects they were taking at university. . . Read more. . .
